Our EU Fraud Customer Operations team is at the heart of how we protect Monzo and our customers from Fraud.
We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about preventing fraud and protecting our customers to join our team.

The working hours to be covered by the team will be 8am - 6pm and this will be based on 8.5 hours per day (with a 1 hour lunch included). The successful candidate will be required to be flexible in order to meet our customer demand. The start for the role - To be discussed.
