Work Mode: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders, goods receipt, invoicing, capitalization, and project setup.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for Capex projects and Technical Services team.
  • Support Technical Services group initiatives including OT security and cybersecurity tracking.
  • Coordinate with plant teams across 31 North American plants.
  • Track initiative progress and ensure follow-through.
  • Navigate multiple systems used for reporting and project tracking.
  • Routine check-ins with team members and manage cross-functional communication.
  • Adapt responsibilities based on workload and business needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of SAP experience.
  • Experience navigating multiple systems/platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SQL/databases.
  • Background in finance, purchasing, and accounts payable/receiving.
  • Experience supporting engineering or technical teams preferred.
  • Practical experience preferred over degree focus; not targeting recent college graduates.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and adaptability.
  • Comfortable managing workflows across various tools.
