💻 We Are Hiring - Lead Generation, Data Research & Growth Specialist | 100% Remote

We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Lead Generation, Data Research & Growth Specialist to support our business development and recruitment efforts.

The ideal candidate has experience in lead generation, data research, database building, LinkedIn outreach, CRM management, outbound email campaigns, and appointment setting. This role focuses on identifying target companies, sourcing key decision-makers, and generating qualified business opportunities through strategic outbound outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Mining & Contact Research
    • Build highly targeted prospect databases across multiple industries.
    • Research and source accurate contact information, including email addresses, direct phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
    • Identify key decision-makers such as CEOs, Managing Directors, HR Directors, Operations Directors, Commercial Directors, and Business Owners.
    • Use advanced research techniques to source difficult-to-find contact information.
    • Maintain accurate and organized prospect databases.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach
    • Build and manage outbound email campaigns.
    • Upload and segment prospect lists.
    • Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, reply rates, and conversions.
    • Continuously optimize outreach campaigns through testing and improvements.
    • Identify and connect with decision-makers through LinkedIn.
    • Manage LinkedIn messaging campaigns and generate prospect conversations.
    • Support the founder's personal brand outreach activities.
  • Telephone Prospecting
    • Follow up on warm leads generated through email and LinkedIn campaigns.
    • Conduct outbound prospecting calls to qualified prospects.
    • Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings.
    • Maintain consistent call activity and follow-up.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management
    • Maintain accurate CRM records.
    • Track outreach activities and lead progression.
    • Manage prospect records and reporting.
    • Ensure all interactions are documented properly.
  • Technology & AI

Comfortably use modern sales and productivity tools, including:

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • CRM platforms
  • Email outreach tools
  • Data scraping and research tools
  • AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for research and workflow efficiency
  • Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

Must-Have Skills:

  • At least 2+ years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Appointment Setter, or Lead Research Specialist
  • Good English communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions
  • At least 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, prospect research, and data mining, including identifying senior decision-makers (CEO, Managing Director, HR Director, Operations Director, Commercial Director, Business Owner). Software/Platforms: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, LinkedIn, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms
  • At least 2+ years of experience managing outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including list segmentation, campaign monitoring, and follow-up. Software/Platforms: Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake, LinkedIn, CRM platforms
  • At least 2+ years of experience using CRM systems to manage prospect databases, document interactions, track pipelines, and maintain accurate sales records. Software/Platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • At least 2+ years of experience conducting telephone prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting with senior decision-makers in a B2B environment. Software/Platforms: CRM platforms, VoIP/Business Telephony systems
  • At least 1+ year of experience using AI productivity and sales enablement tools to improve research and outreach efficiency. Software/Platforms: ChatGPT, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • Experience consistently building high-quality prospect databases that support outbound sales campaigns. Software/Platforms: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
  • Proven track record of generating qualified business leads and booking meetings with senior decision-makers. Software/Platforms: CRM platforms, Email Outreach Platforms, LinkedIn
  • Experience optimizing outreach performance through campaign testing, reply analysis, and conversion improvements. Software/Platforms: Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake, CRM Analytics
  • Experience maintaining organized sales pipelines and producing accurate outreach reports. Software/Platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
  • Experience working independently while managing multiple outbound prospecting activities using modern sales automation and AI tools. Software/Platforms: ChatGPT, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms

🕒 Work Schedule: 3 pm- 12 am Philippine time

🚀 Engagement: Full-time engagement (40 hours/week)
