Job description

This role is responsible for supporting the execution of email and sms communication strategies, including production, testing, and reporting - ultimately supporting the delivery of dusk Australia’s business strategy.

  • Manage day-to-day email and sms communication production and execution via Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
  • Produce and manage creative briefing aligned with strategy objective and timeline.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and alignment across campaigns.
  • Partner with the Creative team to manage content and asset availability.
  • Work with the eCommerce team to ensure seamless integration of campaigns across digital touchpoints.
  • Support production of weekly performance reports.
  • •Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement essential, including ability to execute communication across the email and sms channel.
  • Proficiency in AMP script and SQL
  • Demonstrated experience with Marketing Cloud Automation Studio
  • Demonstrated experience with HTM and CSS.
  • Demonstrated experience with reporting and analysing campaign performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization, Loyalty Cloud and Data Cloud highly regarded
    Awareness of email deliverability best practices and compliance considerations.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist,  Marketing Cloud Administrator) highly desirable.
  • 2 years experince
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects to timeline.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively engage and manage stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about retail and inspired by brands.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively with creative teams.
  • Comfortable being hands-on in execution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Proactive and able to prioritise in alignment with business objectives 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
