📲 Handle inbound calls from customers in French
🛠️ Register new home appliances and customer details
📄 Explain the legal warranty and offer additional insurance
🎯 Use your sales and communication skills to meet performance targets
🤝 Provide great customer service and share feedback on improvements
🗣️ Fluent in French (English or Spanish is a plus!)
💬 A strong communicator with a commercial mindset
💪 Confident in sales and overcoming objections

💻 Comfortable with Microsoft tools and working remotely
💻 100% remote or hybrid setup (if you live in Madrid)
