Therefore, we are looking for a Continuous Specialist to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

 

Your role in our team

 

As our new Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will help drive continuous improvement maturity across the organization and ensure that improvements are executed, implemented and anchored. In this role, you will analyze and develop key business areas to create measurable improvements and support the consistent application of continuous improvement methods across a global setup.

 

You will also play an important part in embedding continuous improvement capabilities through training, coaching, and stakeholder engagement, helping the organization adopt new practices and ways of working.

This role also includes some travel to other locations, such as Grenaa, Darmstadt, or Leiden, giving you the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the organization.

 

You will become part of a small and diverse team of three colleagues with strong expertise in Lean and Six Sigma, including Master Black Belt capabilities. The team works in a collaborative and globally oriented environment, with a shared focus on driving continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, best practices, and strong professional expertise.

 

How you will make a meaningful contribution

 

Your key responsibilities include:

 

    • Identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks globally
    • Drive proactive, structured improvement and strengthen organizational resilience- Lead root-cause problem solving and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions
    • Build and standardize continuous improvement capabilities across the organization
    • Monitor performance and maturity to enable transparency and data-driven decisions
    • Establish closed-loop learning and ensure insights are captured and applied
    • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

 

Bring your world class expertise into play

 

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish or German is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:

 

    •  You hold a Bachelor´s degree or Master´s degree in Engineering, Process Engineering, or Value Chain Management.
    • You have a Lean and/or Six Sigma certification, preferred from automotive industry.
    • You have coaching experience from your previous work.
    • You are a teamplayer and are used to working within a team who drives changes.
    • You have experience applying continuous improvement methodologies in an international environment
    • You are confident in engaging and influencing stakeholders and helping them understand the value of adopting continuous improvement practices
