🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
- 🗂️ Lead end-to-end delivery of professional services projects, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks
- ⚙️ Plan, organise, and manage resources using structured delivery methodologies
- 🤝 Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication
- 📊 Monitor project health through metrics, proactively managing risks, issues, budgets and changes
- 🔄 Balance priorities and coordinate tasks across internal teams and partners
- 📣 Deliver clear updates and progress reports to stakeholders at all levels
- 🎓 Guide customers and partners through Pax8 best practices to maximise project outcomes
- 📈 Continuously improve personal capability through training, mentoring, and on-the-job development

- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading project delivery within a professional services or technology environment
- Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks and methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- Detail-focused with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Familiarity with project management tools and platforms
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
- Knowledge of cloud technologies is advantageous
- Professional certifications in project management are beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Compensation- Qualified candidates can expect a pay range of $80,000-$110,000/yr depending on qualifications

🔍 Background Checks
As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8.
