As a Partner Development Manager at Pax8, you’ll sit at the center of our fastest-growing motion—owning strategic relationships, influencing market perception, and driving meaningful revenue through our TSD ecosystem. You’ll work directly with enterprise-level partner stakeholders while building scalable engagement across thousands of agents.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing
 

✨ Own and grow a portfolio of strategic TSD partner relationships, driving engagement at every level
🤝 Build executive-level connections and create long-term partner trust and alignment
📈 Develop and execute partner growth plans that deliver pipeline and measurable revenue impact
🎯 Co-sell alongside partners and agents to win mid-market and enterprise opportunities
🔍 Identify, shape, and qualify opportunities through to Sales Accepted stage
🌐 Establish strong field presence through events, onsite engagement, and partner interactions
⚡ Activate partner ecosystems—driving productivity, engagement, and consistent deal flow
🔄 Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders
🎤 Represent Pax8 at industry and partner events as a trusted thought leader

💰 Salary & Benefits

Compensation:

On Target Earnings starting at $187,000.00 USD or more, with a base and commission split of 75/25%.

🔍 Background Checks
 

As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8. As part of these checks Pax8 will request ID verification, reference requests and qualification checks (additional checks may be completed for certain countries, such as criminal and financial).
