Job description

What you’ll be doing in this role

  • Work closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use Duna’s product

  • Act as the technical point of contact for integrations, onboarding, and product rollouts

  • Technically scope requirements early in the implementation process

  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and guide customers toward scalable solutions

  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth to improve implementation flows and customer experience

  • Help shape how Duna works with customers by improving documentation, tooling, and processes


What we’re looking for

Our current stack includes Node.js + TypeScript, React, Event Sourcing, Express, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and AWS. Familiarity with modern web technologies or technical integrations is a plus, but not required. We care more about how you think, how you communicate, and how you help customers succeed.
