Your mission

Being an EHS Engineer - Nordics is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:

  • Document Review: Regularly review existing EHS documentation to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with local, state, and federal regulations and industry best practices, and update documents accordingly to maintain compliance.
  • Communication: Collaborate with service managers and employees to gather information and feedback, ensuring that documents reflect the most current safety and environmental practices.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyse EHS data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and translate findings into actionable document updates.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on EHS document compliance and performance, presenting findings to management.
  • Create/update training material.
  • Perform/coordinate audits.
  • Process management.
  • Manage emergency response plans and procedures.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in document development and management, especially in an Health & Safety / Occupational Safety in Sweden or regulatory context.
  • Have electrical authorization.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices for Sweden.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Certification in EHS-related disciplines.
  • The right to work in Sweden.
  • Possibility to validate electrical authorization in Finland would be a plus. 
  • Ability to act as a compliance manager in Finland would be a big plus.
  • Swedish and English at C1 is a must; Finnish would be a plus.
