SOFTSWISS is hiring a Partnership Manager - Junior to join our Partnerships team. You'll work closely with leading game providers, helping build and maintain successful commercial relationships while supporting the growth of our product ecosystem. This role combines relationship management, commercial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced international environment.

As a Junior Partnership Manager, you'll help strengthen partnerships with game providers by coordinating day-to-day communication, supporting commercial initiatives, and ensuring agreements are successfully implemented. Your work will contribute to profitable long-term partnerships and a seamless cooperation between external partners and internal teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned game provider partners, maintaining daily communication and building strong working relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner requests and ensure smooth technical and commercial implementation of agreements
Review and analyze partnership agreements, verify commercial terms, and initiate contract updates when required
Monitor compliance with agreed commercial conditions, ensuring handshake agreements and contractual obligations are followed by all parties
Analyze partner performance, profitability, and commercial metrics, providing recommendations to maximize revenue and partnership value
Plan and coordinate promotional activities with partners and clients to support commercial objectives
Collect and maintain information about game providers, including game features, licensing requirements, due diligence procedures, and other partnership-related data
Support Partnership Manager Assistants with financial calculations, validate monthly reports, identify calculation discrepancies, and contribute to improving reporting processes
Participate in product development discussions by sharing market insights and partner feedback
At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Account Management, Partnership Management, or a similar client-facing role
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret commercial data
Experience negotiating commercial terms and confidently managing challenging conversations
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders while maintaining a positive and collaborative approach
Ability to balance partner needs with business objectives in a dynamic environment
Experience working with analytics or reporting systems
Russian language knowledge
Knowledge of the iGaming industry or B2B software partnerships
Experience reviewing commercial agreements or working with contract-related documentation
