Job description

We are looking for Revit Architects (Junior, Intermediate and Senior levels) who will support our team by producing Revit-based architectural documentation across Class 2 multi-unit residential projects. This role will primarily contribute during design development and construction documentation phases, assisting project teams with drawing production, coordination, and documentation updates under direction.

  • Produce and update Revit models, drawings, and documentation packages for active projects.
  • Support architectural documentation across design development and construction documentation phases.
  • Assist with preparing plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and detail drawings to project standards.
  • Incorporate mark-ups, design changes, and consultant information accurately into project documentation.
  • Support coordination of drawings and model information with consultants and internal team members.
  • Assist with preparing drawing packages that are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project deadlines.
  • Contribute to maintaining documentation quality, consistency, and presentation standards across project work.
  • Support project teams with revisions, updates, and ongoing documentation tasks as projects progress.
  • Assist with presentation and drawing outputs where required.
  • Maintain drawing accuracy, file organisation, and version control across project documentation.
  • Work across multiple projects and support teams as priorities shift.
  • Contribute to the timely delivery of coordinated documentation packages.
  • Other position-level duties as they arise.

Requirements

  • 2-12 years’ experience in an architectural role
  • Strong Revit capability, with the ability to produce architectural drawings and documentation efficiently.
  • Experience with Class 2 multi-unit residential, mixed-use, or comparable project typologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting design development and construction documentation phases.
  • Good understanding of architectural documentation principles, detailing, and consultant coordination.
  • Ability to interpret mark-ups and incorporate consultant information accurately into project documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation quality.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and respond well to direction in a remote support environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage documentation tasks across multiple deadlines.
  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant project and documentation experience is required.
  • Revit capability will be assessed as part of the recruitment process.
