Sourcing & Candidate Management:
Source and recruit IT professionals across the United States using a variety of platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal candidate databases.
Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess technical fit accurately, availability, compensation expectations, and cultural alignment.
Build and maintain a strong, active talent pipeline for frequently requested and future staffing needs.
Client & Team Collaboration:
Coordinate directly and consistently with our US-based sales and delivery teams to understand fully and quickly fulfill both contract and full-time job requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, facilitating client submissions, and supporting the candidate onboarding process.
Proactively engage in strategic sales activities, including identifying new business leads through candidate networking, performing market mapping of potential client accounts, and actively promoting key candidate profiles to the Sales team.
Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in US IT staffing, recruiting, business development and talent acquisition.
Market Knowledge: In-depth, working knowledge of US employment types and work authorizations (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, Green Card, USC, etc.).
Recruitment Mindset: Ability to approach recruitment with a sales orientation, including negotiation skills and the drive to meet placement targets.
Communication: Strong, professional communication (written and verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills required for candidate and internal team interaction.
Technical Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working effectively and independently in a remote environment.
Prior experience successfully hiring for specialized enterprise technology roles such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or similar high-demand platforms.
A Bachelorβs degree in a related field.
