Job description

  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements

  • Improve the user experience of business software applications to enhance user efficiency, effectiveness, satisfaction, and adoption.
  • Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating UI mock-ups, user journeys, applying and evolving Client design guidelines, and validating prototypes with users across global locations.
  • Plan and conduct user research activities, including contextual inquiry and task analysis.
  • Communicate research findings through personas, user journeys, and user stories.
  • Validate prototypes using local, remote, moderated, and unmoderated usability testing.
  • Define UX metrics, collect data, and report on user experience outcomes.
  • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes.
  • Apply Client design guidelines and contribute to their continuous improvement.
  • Ensure design solutions align with functional and technical requirements.
  • Define appropriate user-centered design approaches based on project goals, timelines, budgets, and team capabilities.
  • Embed UX practices within Agile teams and project workflows while ensuring adherence throughout delivery.
  • Share UX challenges, learnings, and best practices with the UX community.
  • Master's degree in Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communication and Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of professional UX experience after graduation.
  • Ability to plan and deliver work independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design.
  • Ability to balance short-term and long-term objectives while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints and in dynamic environments.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Experience designing complex business-to-business (B2B) or enterprise applications.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum and DevOps environments.
  • Proficiency with Figma.
  • Experience maintaining and extending design system libraries.
  • Familiarity with research tools such as Maze.
  • Familiarity with analytics and user insight tools, including Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, and Mouseflow.
