Ensure all records reflect the most current medication orders, including recent changes, discontinuations, and new prescriptions. Verify accuracy prior to distribution and coordinate delivery (electronic or physical) in alignment with client preferences and compliance requirements.

  • Conduct detailed reconciliation of Schedule II controlled substances by reviewing dispensing records, inventory logs, and prescription data. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accordance with DEA regulations and internal compliance policies. Maintain accurate documentation and support audit readiness through consistent tracking and reporting.

  • Oversee and maintain the Long-Term Care (LTC) dashboard within the Eirene system. Ensure all data points, metrics, and statuses are accurate and updated in real time. Utilize the dashboard to monitor workflow, track key performance indicators, and support operational decision-making.
