Remote Recruitment Consultant / PA

Location: Remote

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant or a Hiring Manager in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry? Do you thrive in a 180° recruitment role, and want to work remotely for a growing UK-based recruitment agency?

If you have strong sourcing skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Remote Recruitment Consultant / PA, you will play a key role in managing the full recruitment cycle, developing new business opportunities, and supporting our growing client base in the Food & Beverage industry in around London, UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of their work and grow alongside the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • 180 Recruitment: Source, interview, and place candidates in Food & Beverage and Hospitality businesses.
  • Client & Account Management: Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Strategic Growth: Contribute ideas to drive business expansion.
  • Administrative Support: Manage documentation, update the CRM, and coordinate recruitment activities.
  • Deputise for the Business Owner when needed, ensuring smooth operations.
