As a Enterprise Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be a critical contributor to growing and enhancing our existing customer base while driving customer retention and expansion. You will leverage advanced sales tactics, innovative negotiation strategies, and expert optimization of Lytx products to ensure client success. Ideal candidates must excel not only at upselling new solutions but also at strategically aligning offerings with clients' safety, IT, and operations departments, ensuring both immediate and long-term business success.

As part of our Lytx Direct Sales Team, you’ll ensure that our highly valued clients achieve sustained, transformative results by configuring the right solutions to meet their business needs and maximizing their return on investment. You will help clients redefine success metrics by increasing the value derived from our products. Through your work, enterprise fleets will revolutionize safety practices, optimize operational efficiency, and drive industry innovation.

You’ll Get To:

  • Strategically identify and cultivate expansion opportunities, including upsell, upgrade, and renewal, within the Enterprise client base to drive long-term growth.

  • Lead high-stakes sales pursuits, developing and executing advanced strategies with the support of key internal resources to deliver compelling solutions and comprehensive sales plans.

  • Design and execute tailored client account strategies, educating clients about our cutting-edge technology and providing insights into future trends. Occasional onsite travel will be required to strengthen relationships and drive business.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive-level decision-makers, influencing their long-term business and operational goals through deep industry expertise.

  • Build proposals and contract renewals that include innovative migration plans to new technology solutions, ensuring client success beyond the renewal cycle.

  • Develop and implement long-term strategies that drive pipeline growth and align with both short-term sales targets and broader organizational goals.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts, independently preparing and aligning resources to solve complex client challenges, influence decisions, and win critical deals.

  • Perform other duties as assigned, including contributing to key organizational initiatives and acting as a mentor to peers, influencing leadership decisions through strategic insights.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 6 years consultative sales or account management experience, including 3-5 years in enterprise sales in SaaS or fleet industry preferred

  • Shown success building and handling pipeline to achieve targets; running sales cycle for enterprise level deals, focusing on value, engagement with senior level decision makers, organizational change, and partner/leadership selling

  • Dedicated sales professional with executive level communication; working cross-functionally and possess the strive to consistently over-achieve quotas

  • Highly organized with the ability to keep a pulse on multiple accounts and handle exciting, time critical priorities efficiently

  • Outstanding relationship building strategies with clients and cross-functional departments

  • Interest in continuous deep technical learning

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

  • Experience in telematics industry or related SaaS solutions a plus

  • Ability to travel (up to 50%)
