Job Description

As part of the globally operating salesforce business unit with more than 1.000 certified salesforce experts, Nagarro is one of the most powerful and innovative Salesforce partners for global customers.

As a Sales Manager, you will drive the growth of Nagarro's Salesforce Business by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships across the Salesforce ecosystem, and developing a strong internal network within Nagarro. You will work closely with Salesforce, sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to generate qualified opportunities, strengthen our partnership, and contribute to the continued expansion of our Salesforce business.

  • Own pipeline generation targets by planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across the Salesforce landscape, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
  • Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities to drive pipeline growth within Nagarro's Salesforce Business Unit.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Salesforce account teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Develop a strong internal network across Nagarro to connect customer opportunities with the right Salesforce experts and delivery capabilities.
  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and solution teams to shape customer opportunities and support the sales cycle from qualification to handover.
  • Represent Nagarro at Salesforce events, partner meetings, and industry conferences to strengthen our market presence and expand business opportunities.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with Salesforce and strategic partners to increase pipeline and business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, identify new growth opportunities, and contribute to the expansion of Nagarro's Salesforce business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a comparable field.
  • Experience in B2B demand generation, field marketing, business development, or sales within the technology or consulting industry.
  • Hands-on experience providing pre-sales support and collaborating with sales and solution consulting teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce landscape, with knowledge of Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
  • Experience developing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and partner marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring pipeline performance, campaign success, and marketing ROI.
  • Fluent in business English & German language.
