👋What are our wishes?

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a project supporting digital transformation initiatives within the international development and financial services industry.

You will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and cloud-native web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote international environment.

This is a remote international role with a 1-year project engagement and alignment to Manila business hours.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of Full Stack Development experience.
Strong experience with Python for back-end development.
Strong experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Good understanding of application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred

Master's degree in a related field.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Experience supporting enterprise or digital transformation projects.

Location Requirement

Candidates must be currently based outside of the Philippines. This role is intended for international hiring only, as required by the client.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full stack web applications using Python and React.
Design and build scalable cloud-native solutions using modern architecture and best practices.
Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Implement containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver project requirements.
Perform testing, debugging, code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements when appropriate.

Work Setup: Remote
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time (must align with the client's business calendar and holidays)
Employment Type: Project-based (1-year project engagement, subject to extension)
