We are hiring an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Full-Stack Developer to build scalable, end-to-end enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

This role is ideal for developers with strong front-end, back-end, and integration experience who can transform business requirements into efficient and secure digital solutions.

This opportunity is open exclusively to candidates based outside the Philippines with a 1-year project engagement and alignment to Manila business hours.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in systems development or digital transformation.

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 development experience.

• Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs, and Azure DevOps.

• Experience in agile delivery environments.

• AI integration experience is a plus.

• Power Platform Developer certification is preferred.
  

💼How can you contribute to the team? 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure Data Flows, SharePoint, APIs, and custom connectors.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects and stakeholders to design scalable solutions and UI/UX.

• Support deployments through CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.

• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and resolve security issues.

• Support data migration, UAT, and agile sprint activities.

Work Setup: Remote
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time (must align with the client's business calendar and holidays)
Employment Type: Project-based (1-year project engagement, subject to extension)
