👋What are our wishes?

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect – Scrum Master to lead solution architecture and agile delivery for enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role combines technical leadership with agile project management, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient solutions from design through execution.

This opportunity is open exclusively to candidates based outside the Philippines with a 1-year project engagement and alignment to Manila business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field.

• 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems, and solution architecture.

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• 3+ years in a dual role as Solutions Architect and Scrum Master in agile environments.

• Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), DevOps, and CI/CD frameworks.

• Experience in AI implementation/integration is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of GIS platforms and ITIL v4 is a plus.

• Agile and Microsoft Power Platform certifications are advantageous.

💼How can you contribute to the team? 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end enterprise solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive sprint execution, backlog management, and team delivery.

• Serve as the key problem-solver for project risks, blockers, and technical challenges.

• Guide development teams on architecture best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks.

• Drive DevOps and CI/CD adoption to improve delivery efficiency.

• Manage technical documentation, deployment plans, security compliance, and disaster recovery plans.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiatives and support continuous innovation.

Work Setup: Remote
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time (must align with the client's business calendar and holidays)
