The Customer Service Coordinator, Workflow and IT Solutions (WITS) at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of service technicians, focusing in complex installations of Automation and Clinical IT solutions, managing logistics, and ensuring a quick and efficient service delivery to our clients.

This position is part of the Regional EMEA Customer Service, Workflow and IT Solutions team. You will report to the Senior Manager, EMEA Customer Service , WITS responsible  to lead and oversee the regional Workflow & IT Solutions EMEA Customer Service team in the EMEA Region.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

The essential requirements of the position include:

- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service role, preferably in the medical diagnostics or healthcare industry.

- Fluent in English and at least one of the big EMEA languages (Spanish, Italian, German or French). Additional EMEA languages are advantageous.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and geographies.

It would be a plus if you also have prior experience in the following areas:

- Proficiency in the use of dispatch software and tools (Service max, Oracle, etc.)

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in other languages would be an asset.
