  • Deliver exceptional support to Spanish-speaking corporate clients through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to their corporate accounts, product options, and service concerns.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by efficiently addressing their needs and fostering trust.
  • Educate corporate customers about company products and services to ensure they receive optimal value.
  • Log all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Engage with sales and technical support teams to resolve customer issues and continually enhance service delivery.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially in a corporate or B2B context.
  • Strong understanding of corporate customer requirements and a professional approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
