Compensation: MX$24,000.00 – MX$29,000 per month

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Time)

As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Recruiter to support our hiring efforts by sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, and helping create an exceptional candidate experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant and Recruiter to support our HR team throughout the hiring process. This role is ideal for someone with recruiting experience who enjoys finding talent, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating candidates through the early stages of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruiting channels.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist with posting job openings across multiple platforms.
  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Support the recruitment team with additional hiring-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition, and HR
  • Experience sourcing candidates using platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Experience conducting initial candidate interviews and resume screening.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). (Breezy HR preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong English fluency required.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Experience recruiting for administrative, customer service, legal, or professional services positions is a plus.

Requirements

  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week).
  • Must be able to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday).
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated remote workspace.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote team.
