Rosenblum Law — a fast-growing, multi-state general practice law firm — is hiring high-performing sales professionals to join our elite team of Sales Closers. If you're a seasoned seller with 5+ years of experience converting leads into loyal clients in a service-based industry, we want to hear from you.

This is not your average sales role. You’ll be on the front lines of helping potential clients solve legal problems — from traffic tickets to more complex legal matters — all while managing a high volume of inbound consultations. Your performance has a direct and meaningful impact.

There is no prospecting involved - this is inside sales. You will be speaking with people who have reached out to us, not the other way around.

We provide a generous base rate plus an uncapped bonus based on your sales performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead phone consultations with a high volume of prospective clients daily
  • Listen, assess, and convert inbound inquiries into paying clients
  • Hit monthly sales goals and track your performance via our tools
  • Collaborate with a legal team that’s focused on growth and service
  • Assist with inbound call routing as needed

Who You Are

  • A fluent English & Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills
  • 5+ years of consultative sales or service-based sales experience (legal, medical, or financial services preferred)
  • A natural closer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves hitting goals.
  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and self-motivated
  • Excited by the legal field and eager to grow within it (legal experience a plus but not required)
  • Must have lived in the U.S. for at least 6 months and understand American culture and client expectations

Compensation & Details

  • Job Type: Full-time, Remote
  • Pay: $32,000–$60,000+/month (base + commissions)
  • Location: Fully Remote
  • Tools Provided: All software and training included
