Bilingual Client Service & Case Management Specialist (Remote)

Compensation: $9–$10 USD per hour (based on experience) + performance-based bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

What You’ll Do

As a Bilingual Client & Case Management Specialist, you’ll be the friendly voice and helping hand that guides clients through their legal journey. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring they feel supported, understood, and cared for from their very first call to the resolution of their case.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and text messages with professionalism and empathy.
  • Listen carefully to clients’ needs and provide clear, compassionate guidance.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure clients always have accurate and timely information.
  • Follow up on cases, maintain organized records, and ensure every detail is managed properly.
  • Approach challenges with a calm, solution-oriented attitude.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) – fluent or native in both languages.
  • A people person who enjoys making others feel heard, understood, and cared for.
  • A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and enjoys finding solutions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely with a quiet, professional workspace and high-speed internet connection.
  • Experienced in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or the legal field (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

  • $9–$10 USD per hour (based on experience)
  • Performance-based bonuses

  • 1-hour paid lunch break after 3-month probationary period
