Responsibilities

  • Install, debug, train customers, perform daily maintenance and repair of Agilent analytical instruments (such as GC, LC) in designated areas
  • Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, and application support teams to promote customer project implementation and service quality improvement
  • Proactively identify customer needs, provide professional technical support and solutions based on equipment applications and real scenarios to enhance customer satisfaction and equipment value
  • Continuously monitor customer usage experience and operational status, promote service optimization and problem prevention, and establish long-term stable customer relationships

•负责指定区域内安捷伦分析仪器（如GC、LC）的安装调试、客户培训、日常维护及故障维修等服务交付工作；
•与销售、售前及应用支持团队紧密协作，共同推动客户项目落地与服务质量提升；
•主动挖掘客户需求，基于设备应用与实际场景，提供专业的技术支持与解决方案，提升客户满意度与设备使用价值；
•持续关注客户使用体验与运行状态，推动服务优化与问题预防，建立长期稳定的客户关系。

Qualifications

•本科及以上学历，化学、食品、环境、药学、材料、精密仪器等相关专业，具备分析仪器基础理论知识；
•具备良好的客户沟通能力和服务意识，能够与客户建立有效信任关系；
•动手能力强，具备一定的问题分析与解决能力；
•具备良好的抗压能力和责任感，能够适应一定频率的出差安排；
•有GC/LC或相关分析仪器使用或维护经验者优先。

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
