  • Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Food, Environmental Science, Pharmacy, Materials, Precision Instruments or related fields
  • Good customer communication skills and service awareness
  • Strong hands-on ability and problem analysis skills
  • Good stress resistance and sense of responsibility, able to adapt to frequent travel

Requirements:

  • Install, debug, train customers, perform daily maintenance and repair of Agilent analytical instruments (such as GC, LC) in designated areas
  • Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, and application support teams to promote customer project implementation and service quality improvement
  • Proactively identify customer needs, provide professional technical support and solutions based on equipment applications and real scenarios to enhance customer satisfaction and equipment value
  • Continuously monitor customer usage experience and operational status, promote service optimization and problem prevention, and establish long-term stable customer relationships

负责指定区域内安捷伦分析仪器(如GCLC)的安装调试、客户培训、日常维护及故障维修等服务交付工作;
与销售、售前及应用支持团队紧密协作,共同推动客户项目落地与服务质量提升;
主动挖掘客户需求,基于设备应用与实际场景,提供专业的技术支持与解决方案,提升客户满意度与设备使用价值;
持续关注客户使用体验与运行状态,推动服务优化与问题预防,建立长期稳定的客户关系。

Qualifications

本科及以上学历,化学、食品、环境、药学、材料、精密仪器等相关专业,具备分析仪器基础理论知识;
具备良好的客户沟通能力和服务意识,能够与客户建立有效信任关系;
动手能力强,具备一定的问题分析与解决能力;
具备良好的抗压能力和责任感,能够适应一定频率的出差安排;
有GC/LC或相关分析仪器使用或维护经验者优先。

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
