En Prometeo Talent buscamos un/a especialista en marketing de contenidos y redes sociales con al menos un año de experiencia en creación de contenido digital.

Prometeo Talent es una consultora boutique internacional especializada en reclutamiento tecnológico. Acompañamos a startups y empresas en crecimiento en la búsqueda de talento tech y digital en distintos mercados, combinando experiencia en selección, conocimiento del sector y una mirada cercana para encontrar perfiles que realmente encajen con cada equipo y etapa de negocio.

La persona será responsable de crear, planificar y calendarizar contenido para redes sociales, gestionar campañas pagadas, medir resultados y contribuir al crecimiento de nuestra comunidad digital. Buscamos a alguien creativo/a, organizado/a, con buen criterio visual, capacidad de redacción y orientación a métricas.

Tareas principales

  • Crear y calendarizar contenido para redes sociales.

  • Redactar copies para publicaciones, campañas y piezas digitales.

  • Editar videos e imágenes para contenido en redes.

  • Gestionar campañas pagadas en redes sociales, especialmente Meta Ads.

  • Medir engagement, resultados y crecimiento de comunidad.

  • Proponer ideas creativas, tendencias y nuevos formatos para LinkedIn, Instagram y TikTok.

  • Trabajar con herramientas de planificación, métricas, diseño, edición e inteligencia artificial.

Requisitos excluyentes

  • Formación en marketing, comunicación o áreas afines, ya sea de grado o posgrado.

  • Más de un año de experiencia como creador/a de contenidos en agencia de marketing, empresa o entorno similar.

  • Nivel de inglés avanzado, oral y escrito.

  • Experiencia en edición de video e imágenes para contenido en redes.

  • Manejo de herramientas de edición como CapCut o similares.

  • Manejo de Canva u otras herramientas simples de diseño para redes sociales.

  • Experiencia usando herramientas de planificación y métricas como Metricool, Hootsuite o similares.

  • Conocimiento de tendencias en LinkedIn, Instagram y TikTok.

  • Experiencia o conocimientos básicos en campañas pagadas en redes sociales, especialmente Meta Ads.

  • Capacidad para proponer ideas creativas y formatos nuevos.

Requisitos valorados

  • Experiencia creando contenido para marcas B2B, servicios profesionales o tecnología.

  • Interés por el mundo del talento, recruiting, startups o tecnología.

  • Uso de herramientas de inteligencia artificial para creación de contenido, ideas, copies o edición.

  • Conocimientos básicos de SEM / Google Ads.
