Estamos acompañando a una empresa tecnológica en pleno crecimiento internacional en la búsqueda de su próximo/a Head of People.

Buscamos una persona que quiera sentarse en la mesa donde se toman las decisiones y liderar la estrategia de personas de una organización con equipos distribuidos en distintos países.

¿Qué desafíos tendrá?

✔ Diseñar e implementar la estrategia integral de People.
✔ Liderar Talent Acquisition, Performance, Cultura y Employee Experience.
✔ Acompañar a líderes en el desarrollo de sus equipos.
✔ Impulsar People Analytics para la toma de decisiones.
✔ Incorporar herramientas de IA y automatización a los procesos de Recursos Humanos.

Nos gustaría conocer personas que tengan:

• Más de 7 años de experiencia en People, con al menos 3 liderando equipos.
• Trayectoria en empresas de tecnología, startups o scaleups.
• Experiencia trabajando con equipos distribuidos internacionalmente.
• Visión estratégica, orientación a datos y capacidad de ejecución.
• Interés por la innovación y el uso de IA aplicada a RRHH.
