We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business.
We are seeking a Head of People to build and lead the people function at Mars Men. This person will partner closely with our Co-Founders and executive team to ensure we have the talent, organizational structure, leadership capabilities, and people practices required to support the company’s continued growth.
The role will own the full employee lifecycle, with an immediate focus on recruiting, hiring, and strengthening people management across the organization. This leader will also develop scalable programs across performance management, employee development, compensation, engagement, people operations, and compliance. This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate as a trusted advisor to leadership while building and executing the systems that support a high-performing team.
