Recently backed by L Catterton, Mars Men is positioned to become the leading men’s health brand in the supplement space. We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business.

 

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to serve as a close strategic partner to our Co-Founders and executive team. This leader will own the company’s financial strategy and operations, including planning, reporting, accounting, cash and working capital management, capital allocation, controls, and the continued development of the finance organization.The ideal candidate has helped scale a complex, high-growth consumer business across DTC and retail. They will bring the commercial judgment, operational discipline, and financial leadership required to balance continued growth with profitability, cash management, and long-term value creation.
