Job description

About Frontier

Frontier is a subsidiary of Fresh Prints. Fresh Prints is a New York-based, fast-growing, fully-remote, 380-person company that has most of our team in India and the Philippines. A few years ago Fresh Prints started helping other fast-growing companies build their teams. We got so good at it that we decided to spin out a new company to focus exclusively on that and call it Frontier.

Here at Frontier, we help companies grow full-time, cross-functional teams abroad. We hire the smartest people, and we place them in the best companies. We have placed over 800 hires across 50 different US-based startups and high-growth companies.

About the Client:

CP Build was founded in 1980 and is a privately held and fast-growing commercial finishes contractor. We are a group of highly talented tight-knit construction professionals mixed with strategic and passionate individuals focused on executing projects and supplying the best-curated products from around the world. We are growing our team and looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team. CP Build is looking for an experienced Estimator to join the team. Based in Salt Lake City and reporting to the Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for work that will directly impact the project outcome and sales growth of the organization.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a high-growth, hard-working environment and will roll up their sleeves to do whatever is necessary to push the company forward while contributing to the strategic direction of the organization. You should have experience balancing the need for processes with promoting autonomy and excessive communication.
We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits package as well as a great place to work. We’re an experienced team that enjoys working collaboratively and welcomes the knowledge, experience, and contribution you bring.

About the Role:

The Senior Project Coordinator plays a critical role in managing product flow, schedules, and communication across active projects. Based in Salt Lake City, this position is responsible for ensuring materials are approved, ordered, and delivered correctly to support field operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the submittal process from preparation through approval.
  • Manage material ordering aligned with project schedules.
  • Coordinate phased deliveries and resolve timing issues.
  • Track vendor lead times and proactively adjust schedules.
  • Provide clear updates to project teams and leadership.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in construction coordination, material ordering, or project support.
  • Experience managing product lead times and delivery schedules.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Strongly Preferred:

  • Flooring or interior finishes experience.
  • Ability to read plans or architectural drawings.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar systems.
  • Bilingual Spanish.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong planner who anticipates issues before they happen.
  • High ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable managing multiple active projects.
  • Confident communicator with vendors and internal teams.

Schedule, Pay, and Benefits:

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Starting Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience. We offer a high-quality, employer-supported benefits package designed to provide meaningful coverage—not minimal coverage—for your health, financial stability, and overall well-being.

Eligibility & time off: Full-time employees (30+ hours) are eligible, with coverage starting the first of the month after hire, plus PTO including vacation, sick time, and holidays.

Health & core coverage: Medical, dental, and vision plans with HSA options, plus $0 telehealth and 24/7 support through an Employee Assistance Program.

Financial protection & extras: Company-paid life insurance and disability, 401(k), and additional optional benefits for added protection and flexibility.
