Job Overview

 

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support Supply Chain Analytics by delivering insights through dashboards, reporting, and data visualization. This role partners with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into actionable analytics that support decision-making across planning, transportation, inventory, and warehouse operations.

The position focuses on end-to-end reporting and analytics, including data preparation, modeling, and visualization using Power BI and Tableau.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and or Tableau
  • Connect to data sources including data warehouses (for example Redshift), ERP systems, and structured datasets
  • Prepare and transform data using Power Query, Tableau Prep, or similar tools
  • Build and maintain data models and calculations within BI tools to support scalable reporting
  • Translate business requirements into clear and effective visualizations and reports
  • Analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure data accuracy by validating outputs against source systems and established definitions
  • Support user acceptance testing and incorporate feedback into reporting solutions
  • Maintain and enhance existing dashboards to improve usability and performance
  • Document key metrics, business logic, and report structures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and technical partners

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting roles
  • Experience developing dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience working with enterprise data sources such as ERP systems or data warehouses
  • Experience supporting business or operational analytics, with supply chain exposure considered an advantage
  • Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, with familiarity in both tools preferred
  • Experience with data preparation using Power Query, Tableau Prep, or similar tools
  • Experience creating calculations and metrics using DAX or Tableau calculations
  • Experience connecting to data platforms such as Redshift or similar cloud-based data warehouses
  • Ability to work with structured datasets from multiple sources
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data querying and validation
  • Understanding of business or supply chain KPIs is an advantage
  • Exposure to Databricks or similar data platforms for querying, data exploration, or consumption of curated datasets is a plus
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability in delivering high-quality outputs
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with stakeholders across different levels
  • Builds effective working relationships and contributes to a collaborative team environment
  • Shows curiosity and a continuous learning mindset
  • Applies a structured and detail-oriented approach to analysis and reporting
  • Works effectively in agile environments, managing priorities with clarity and focus
