Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory/Environmental Specialist II to support the International Product Stewardship team. This role focuses on process documentation, operational support, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient product stewardship and regulatory compliance activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in managing documentation within a regulatory, quality, or operational environment.
Additional Details: Contract Length: 12 months with the possibility of extension Pay range: $25 to $35 per hour on W2 (As per experience)
Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, RACI matrices, and standardized templates.
Organize, review, and manage controlled documentation while identifying gaps and ensuring alignment with regulatory and quality requirements.
Perform structured reviews of business documentation to verify accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data alignment, documentation updates, and process improvements.
Provide operational support for regional Product Stewardship activities, helping ensure timely approvals and workflow completion.
Assist in maintaining documentation systems and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications

Knowledge of document management systems and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Experience supporting regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, chemical manufacturing, or consumer products.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and documentation best practices.
