Job description

The Science Team at Pride Health is currently supporting a client in the pharmaceutical industry that is looking to hire Contract Operations Associate 100% Remote.
 
Position Summary:
The Contract Operations Associate provides end-to-end operational support for contract administration and contract lifecycle management. This role is responsible for coordinating contract activities from intake through execution, maintaining accurate contract records and status trackers, and ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders. The associate will partner closely with business teams, contract analysts, legal, procurement, and operations to ensure efficient and compliant contract processing.
 
Additional Details:
Pay range: $26 - $31/hour on W2 as per your experience
Contract Length: 12 Months with the possibility of extension 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the full contract lifecycle, from contract intake through execution.
  • Coordinate and submit contract initiation forms and required documentation into contract management systems (e.g., Coupa, Determine, or similar CLM platforms).
  • Maintain accurate contract trackers, repositories, and documentation to ensure visibility and compliance.
  • Monitor contract status, identify delays or blockers, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding contract submissions, documentation requirements, and status inquiries.
  • Ensure all contract records are complete, organized, and maintained according to company policies.
  • Assist in improving contract workflows, templates, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Independently prepare and submit contract documentation through approved contract management systems.
  • Maintain ownership of contract tracking tools, repositories, and operational reporting.
  • Identify process issues, escalate risks when appropriate, and recommend process improvements.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract operations, contract administration, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or as a paralegal in a corporate or law firm environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing contracts from initiation through execution.
  • Experience using contract management platforms such as Coupa, Determine, or other CLM systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting procurement, legal, research, or business operations teams.
  • Knowledge of contract documentation, compliance, and document management best practices.
  • Experience with reporting, metrics tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
 
 
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
