Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator in Research & Development (R&D) is a detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of Sabin’s Vaccine development programs. They will partner and collaborate across the organization and with external stakeholders to provide comprehensive support which enables alignment, action, and delivery per plan.
The incumbent will support a range of activities including financial planning and reconciliation, coordinate information and reporting, as well as assisting with workstreams related to Program and Project Management of vaccine development that include but are not limited to Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC), Non-Clinical, Clinical, and Regulatory Affairs. They will work within a multidisciplinary internal team and external environment encompassing US Government agencies, non-profit organizations, academia, and commercial partners.

Using benchmarking and salary survey data, the annual salary for this position ranges from $62,000 - $68,000. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, and certifications/degree. As a grant-funded organization, Sabin actively seeks funding for existing and new programs.
