Position Summary:
The Scientist, CMC Analytical Sciences will support the analytical development and testing activities necessary to advance vaccine candidates through the development pipeline. Reporting to the Senior Manager, CMC Analytical Sciences, this individual will serve as a key technical contributor and a day-to-day liaison with contract analytical laboratories and CDMOs. The role requires strong scientific depth in analytical chemistry and/or biochemistry, comfort working in a fully outsourced model, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, resource-constrained nonprofit environment.

Sabinβs philosophy is to ensure fair, unbiased, equitable, competitive compensation and benefits. Using benchmarking and salary survey data, the annual salary for this position ranges from $84,000 - $99,000. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, and certifications/degree. As a grant-funded organization, Sabin actively seeks funding for existing and new programs.
