Site Payments Analyst

We are currently seeking a Site Payments Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. The Site Payments Analyst is a detail oriented individual who manages the site payments and subject reimbursements for assigned studies in accordance with Clinical Trial Agreements, reimbursement plans and regulations

What you will be doing

  • Develops study-specific site and subject payment strategy with Site Payment leadership and payment vendors

  • Works with payment vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure payment configurations are completed upon site activation

  • Verifies contracts, budgets, and participant travel & reimbursement requirements are entered into the site payment system accurately

  • Reviews and approves site and patient payments and reimbursements and escalates issues to Site Payment leadership

  • Ensures payments to clinical trial sites, investigators, and patients are processed timely and accurately

  • Performs periodic QCs and reconciliation reviews of data

  • Acts as a point of contact for investigational sites and internal stakeholders for questions related to payments


Your profile

  • Solid understanding of clinical trial budgets

  • B.S. or Advanced Degree (or equivalent degree/experience in the opinion of the Hiring Manager) and minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience

  • Ability to apply logic and critical thinking to complex scenarios and propose solutions to key stakeholders

  • Proactive and communicative; able to manage email effectively

  • Customer-service oriented with strong communication (written and verbal) skills

  • Experience with working with large volumes of data

  • Detail oriented and proactively able to identify discrepancies in data
