To support this journey, we are looking to strengthen our Legal Services team with a newly established Legal Counsel position focusing on contract review and negotiation as well as export control compliance, contributing to our overall purpose β securing people through advanced technology.
Your role as part of the team
As our new Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in supporting Termaβs business by advising on all legal aspects of commercial contracts. You will ensure efficient processes and compliance with company policies, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, particularly in commercial and support functions, to manage and negotiate contracts that enable Termaβs operations and growth. You will work on contracts that involve multiple stakeholders, jurisdictions, and technical considerations. In addition, you will contribute to the continuous development of our export control compliance framework, in close collaboration with internal specialists in this field.

How you will make a meaningful contribution
In this role, you will contribute to a range of tasks across your area of responsibility. Your key responsibilities include:

- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts in close collaboration with the commercial teams
- Identifying potential risks and proposing practical, business-oriented solutions that ensure adequate legal protection
- Advising internal stakeholders on contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation
- Monitoring developments in export control regulations and advising internal stakeholders accordingly
- Supporting the continuous development of our export control compliance framework and conducting internal training within this area
Bring your expertise into play
In order to thrive in this role, we imagine that you bring some of the following qualifications:

- A Masterβs degree in Law (cand.jur. or equivalent) with strong legal training
- 4-6 years of experience working with complex commercial contracts and legal advisory
- Experience from a law firm and/or an international, technology-driven, or regulated industry (e.g., defense, aerospace, energy or similar)
- A strong understanding of commercial agreements and risk allocation, with the ability to balance legal and commercial considerations
- Experience with export control regulations is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Danish and English
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute actively to a team where knowledge sharing and social engagement are part of our culture
