Location Fremont, CA preferred & Remote okay

Mandatory Skills Looking for a pure TrackWise Consultant (not generic QA/QMS) with strong workflow configuration + API integration + SQL backend expertise, and exposure to QMS processes (CAPA/NC/Change Control) in regulated environments.”

Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled TrackWise Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise to support development, configuration, and integration of TrackWise Quality Management System. The candidate will play a key role in implementing and supporting enterprise QMS processes, ensuring scalability, compliance, and integration with other enterprise applications.

Mandatory Skills
• Hands-on experience with Sparta\Client Systems TrackWise (v9 / v10 / TW Web)
• Strong knowledge of TrackWise workflows, configuration, and reporting
• Experience in TrackWise API (IWS and OWS)
and Java Web Services (SOAP and REST)
• Strong SQL Server skills (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
• Experience in system integration and troubleshooting

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
• Java (OOP, Collections, JDBC, multithreading basics)
• Experience with TrackWise upgrades and migrations
• Familiarity with QMS / Quality
• Exposure to SAP, Power BI, or enterprise integrations
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and environment automation
