Pay Rate: $25-28 per hour Duration: 3 Months Work Mode: Remote_ EST
Summary:
This is a remote role requiring work during East Coast hours, without exception.
Standard work hours include an 8-hour workday with core hours from 9 am to 4 pm.
Responsibilities:
Support the talent acquisition team through the recruitment life cycle.
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure seamless interfaces between recruiters, candidates, and systems.
Coordinate interview schedules for external and internal candidates.
Communicate with candidates, internal interviewers, and administrators to negotiate and adjust schedules as necessary.
Manage multiple interview calendars for an array of applicants and Hiring Managers simultaneously through Microsoft Outlook.
Create, verify, and send interview details to candidates and the selection committee.
Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates as needed.
Coordinate with additional internal support teams within TA and outside, including HR Operations, Learning and Development, ITS, and other Human Resources Partners to ensure a seamless onboarding and Day 1 experience for new hires.
Assist with department projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience within a recruitment coordinator role or administrative function where managing complex calendar scheduling was required.
Impeccable attention to detail in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
Track record of delivering extraordinary customer service.
Ability to handle confidential HR information with discretion.
Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Exceptional time management: proactive with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at once.
Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM tools; iCIMS and Eightfold are preferred.
Highly skilled in MS Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
