About Enrollment Operations at Ideon

Ideon has built the first end-to-end quoting, enrollment and member management API platform for Health Insurance and Employee Benefits.  Our Product Team works with stakeholders across our organization, our Carrier partners, and our API customers to develop and deliver on an aggressive roadmap for a product that is transforming an industry.  Our API is used by millions of consumers and brokers to find and buy insurance - and we are still just scratching the surface of what we can accomplish.

This fully remote role reports into the Go to Market organization and partners closely with Sales, Product, and Partner Growth teams to support pre-sale technical discovery and post-sale partner enablement, with a primary focus on IdeonQuote and IdeonSelect.

In this role you will:

Serve as a customer- and partner-facing technical resource throughout the pre-sale and post-sale lifecycle, acting as a product SME primarily for IdeonQuote and IdeonSelect, including quoting workflows, plan and provider data, API capabilities, and partner use cases.

Partner with Sales and Solution Consulting teams on IdeonQuote and IdeonSelect discovery calls, product demonstrations, technical Q&A, solution design conversations, and cross-sell or upsell opportunities where product and technical expertise are needed.

  • Support post-sale enablement for IdeonQuote and IdeonSelect partners by helping translate purchased capabilities into practical launch plans, configuration decisions, testing guidance, and ongoing adoption support.
  • Translate partner needs, workflows, and technical requirements into clear implementation plans, configuration guidance, and recommendations that align with Ideon’s platform capabilities.
  • Lead and support implementation and enablement for new partners, including onboarding, configuration support, testing coordination, launch readiness, and knowledge transfer.
  • Provide continuity from the sales process into implementation by ensuring customer context, technical requirements, risks, and success criteria are clearly documented and handed off.

Troubleshoot API, data, configuration, and partner connectivity questions related primarily to IdeonQuote and IdeonSelect, escalating IdeonEnroll-specific issues when deeper enrollment expertise is required.

  • Identify opportunities to improve partner enablement, implementation processes, internal tooling, documentation, and product feedback loops.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure partners receive timely, accurate, and scalable support.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in implementation, solution engineering, technical consulting, sales engineering, partner enablement, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Have experience supporting technical discovery, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept discussions, or solution design in a B2B SaaS, API, InsurTech, benefits administration, or healthcare technology environment.
  • Are comfortable translating technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Have hands-on experience with APIs, data integrations, plan data, provider data, quoting workflows, decision-support tools, or similar health insurance and benefits technology processes; experience with enrollment workflows is helpful but not required.

  • Can manage partner onboarding and implementation workstreams, including requirements gathering, testing, configuration, issue resolution, and launch readiness.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document technical requirements, decisions, risks, and handoffs clearly.
  • Are highly collaborative and comfortable working across Sales, Product, Engineering, Partner Growth, and Operations.
  • Bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a drive to improve processes and partner experiences.
  • Are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with strong time management, ownership, and follow-through.
