In this role, you will lead end-to-end project execution—from planning and design to Go-Live support—while delivering day-to-day technical support for AS400 systems and managing EDI integrations. This position requires strong AS400 programming expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, client-focused mindset. Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.

• Plan and initiate IT-related projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

• Define the scope of work for each project to establish clear objectives and deliverables.

• Lead the development and deployment phases, ensuring all technical requirements are met.

• Create detailed schedules and monitor progress, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.

• Provide support throughout the entire system development life cycle, including system design, development, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live activities.

• Deliver daily IT support for AS400 systems, ensuring smooth operations and addressing user issues promptly.

• At least 3 years of experience in customer project management, with consistent involvement from the design phase to Go-Live support.

• Strong command of English at a business level, with excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills and mindset.

• Preferred experience in the logistics industry.

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in AS400 programming, specifically with ILE and RPG.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with customer EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).

• Experience with OpenText BizManager is an advantage.
