Job description

We seek a process, data-driven, and service-oriented professional to join our client’s Revenue Operations team. This person will help support the revenue organization, cross-functional partners, and our customers through projects and support related to data hygiene and enrichment. Your primary responsibilities will range from helping our revenue teams through regular support queue management to reviewing enrichment accuracy (such as firmographic data on customers) and enhancing our Salesforce experience.

  • Support the enrichment of lead and account data by maintaining multiple queues in a timely manner. This will include finding or validating firmographic data (employee count, hierarchy, billing address, industry, etc.) associated to a company website or lead
  • Maintain global queues from Revenue and other GTM Teams, serving as the first line of defense for data error or book of business requests, with close attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and SLA achievement
  • Manage revenue headcount tracking and transition requests
  • QA data in Xactly & Clari
  • Strive to continuously improve the working environment of the customer teams we support and interact with daily
  • Establish strong working relationships with the GTM teams
  • Provide additional capacity on large validation projects as they arise where large data sets will be reviewed and analyzed
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience using analytical tools, like Excel, to review and analyze large data sets
  • A proven track record of independently leading projects from start to finish
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient while being adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable wearing multiple hats throughout the day
  • Comfortable interacting with revenue team members across multiple time zones and regions, providing timely and comprehensive support
