L’Opportunité 

Tu intègres le département RETAIL composé de 30 collaborateurs de Catalina Marketing France. 

Dans une équipe de plusieurs Key Account Managers, tu appliques la stratégie commerciale de ton enseigne. Tu reportes au Key Account Senior. 

• Au quotidien, tu sécurises et développes le partenariat avec ton enseigne client en gérant en autonomie ton parc de magasins. En collaboration avec le Customer Success Manager, tu identifies les opportunités commerciales afin de développer le CA de l’enseigne .

• Véritable Client Partner, tu sais anticiper les besoins, développer la relation et identifier les nouveaux points de contacts à fidéliser au sein de ton enseigne. 

• Tu appliques le plan de couverture commerciale via des actions de prospection, d’élaboration de plans d’actions marketing, d’identification et de prise de rendez-vous avec l’ensemble des interlocuteurs clé chez ton client. 

• De manière ponctuelle, le Key Account Manager Local sera amené à être un véritable relai du marketing local en contribuant à la conception, déploiement, optimisation des dispositifs d’activation. 

• Enfin, tu participes à des missions transverses afin de développer l’expertise et efficacité du département 

Ce qui te permettra d’être efficace sur le poste : 

• Ta capacité à pérenniser le partenariat et développer le CA de ton enseigne 

• Ta capacité à étendre les canaux d’activation de ton enseigne 

• Ta ténacité commerciale pour multiplier les rendez-vous clients, faire émerger de nouvelles campagnes et transformer les opportunités en succès. 

• Ta posture conseil ainsi que ta capacité à porter les innovations produits 

• Ta sensibilité marketing pour imaginer, déployer et optimiser des dispositifs d'activation et de fidélisation créateurs de valeur pour tes clients. 

 Informations utiles : 

• Ton futur lieu de travail : Boulogne-Billancourt (Marcel Sembat) 
• Contrat : CDI 
• Télétravail : 3 jours de télétravail possible / semaine 
• Déplacements : peu de déplacements nécessaires sur ce poste, les RDV se font principalement sur teams

Profil recherché 

• Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure Bac+5 (École de commerce, Université ou équivalent), tu as développé une solide culture business, marketing et développement commercial grâce à une première expérience réussie en stage ou en alternance, idéalement dans l'univers de la grande distribution en tant que Chef(fe) de Secteur. 
• Tu maîtrises les techniques de vente, la prospection, et tu as une forte culture du retail. La data t’inspire et tu sais comment l’utiliser pour optimiser tes performances. 
• Ta curiosité, ton sens de l’écoute et ta persévérance font de toi un commercial toujours prêt à conquérir de nouveaux clients et à transformer chaque opportunité en succès. 
• Tu disposes d'une réelle sensibilité marketing et es capable d'analyser les performances des campagnes afin d'identifier et déployer des opportunités d'optimisation. 
• Langue de travail : Français

The Opportunity

• You will join the Retail Department, made up of 30 team members at Catalina Marketing France.
• As part of a team of Key Account Managers, you will execute the commercial strategy for your assigned retail account and report directly to the Senior Key Account Manager.
• On a day-to-day basis, you will secure and grow the partnership with your retail client by independently managing your portfolio of stores. Working closely with the Customer Success Manager, you will identify commercial opportunities to drive revenue growth for the retailer.
• As a true Client Partner, you will anticipate customer needs, strengthen relationships, and identify new stakeholders to engage and retain within your assigned account.
• You will execute the commercial coverage plan through prospecting activities, the development of marketing action plans, and by identifying and securing meetings with key decision-makers within your client organization.
• From time to time, the Local Key Account Manager will also act as a key liaison for local marketing initiatives by contributing to the design, deployment, and optimization of activation programs.
• Finally, you will participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the expertise and effectiveness of the department.

About You

• You hold a Master's degree (Business School, University, or equivalent) and have developed strong business, marketing, and commercial skills through a successful internship or apprenticeship experience, ideally within the FMCG retail sector as a Sales Representative (Chef de Secteur).
• You have a solid understanding of sales techniques and prospecting and possess a strong retail mindset. You are inspired by data and know how to leverage it to improve performance.
• Curious, attentive, and persistent, you are a commercially driven professional who enjoys winning new business and turning opportunities into success.
• You also have a genuine marketing sensibility and can analyze campaign performance to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
• Working Language: French
