Job description

Overview:

The Workday Partner Relationship Manager is accountable for delivering partnersourced and partnerinfluenced pipeline and revenue through the Workday and Elmo ecosystems. This is a highly executionoriented role focused on driving deals forward, maintaining pipeline discipline, and hitting defined targets.

This role operates handson with Workday and Elmo partner teams and internal sales stakeholders to ensure opportunities are sourced, progressed, forecasted accurately, and closed.

Success is measured by revenue impact, deal velocity, and forecast reliability—not partnership activity alone. While initially focused on Workday and Elmo, this role is designed to scale across additional strategic partners as the ecosystem expands.

What this role is:

  • An owner of partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets and pipeline performance.
  • A hands-on deal driver working in a co-sell motion with internal and external teams to source, progress, and close opportunities.
  • A cross-functional connector role — you'll bridge product, sales, and marketing internally to make your partners successful.
  • A fit for someone who thrives with autonomy, manages complexity across multiple partner relationships simultaneously, and holds themselves accountable to a number.

What this role isn't:

  • Not a reseller or sales distributor focused role.
  • An activity based relationship management role spanning a large volume of established partners.

About Us: HR Acuity® is the leading provider of employee relations case management and investigation software. We help organizations standardize how workplace issues are reported, documented, and investigated, and our data-driven approach helps clients and partners build trusted, inclusive cultures where employees feel safe.

This is an #All-In Zone. We're a fast-growing, innovative company led by a female founder and CEO, and being all-in is the norm here. From the top down, we bring our best every day — fueled by passion for our mission and culture — and we look for teammates who want to do the same.

At the same time, we're deeply committed to an inclusive, diverse workplace where different perspectives are valued and respected. We believe in creating an environment where everyone can show up as their authentic self and thrive. If this sounds like you, keep reading.

  • Run a disciplined partner operating cadence, including weekly pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and forecasting updates.
  • Ensure pipeline accuracy and hygiene, maintaining clean data and reliable forecasts in partnership with Revenue Operations.
  • Embed partnerships into frontline selling, ensuring AEs and SDRs consistently leverage Workday and Elmo in live deals.
  • Support active deals directly, joining customer calls, shaping deal strategy, and coordinating partner participation where it improves close rates.
  • Track performance against goals, identify gaps quickly, and take corrective action to stay on target.
