  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system that reflects Businessolver’s brand standards and enhances the overall user experience.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Develop personas, user journeys, and scenarios to inform design decisions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to drive design choices, validate concepts, and iterate on solutions.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise software or digital products, with demonstrable experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
  • Experience working in agile or iterative development environments, with a keen understanding of how design integrates with the development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Familiarity with user research tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in conversational design, including designing for chatbots and voice-based interactions, is highly desirable.

Data-Driven Approach:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to design decisions.

Portfolio:
