  • Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers in agile teams to bring clarity and creativity to complex technical challenges.

  • User-Centered Thinking: Translate user research, business requirements, and technical constraints into elegant and accessible interfaces.

  • AI-First Design: Harness AI tools to accelerate design iterations, explore solutions at scale, and architect user experiences.

  • Craft & Consistency: Maintain high standards for visual design, interaction design, and usability. Contribute to and help evolve our design systems and standards.

  • Client Engagement: Participate in client-facing sessions—presenting your work, incorporating feedback, and advocating for the user throughout the design process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and design systems. AI prototyping experience is a plus.

  • Strong grounding in UX principles, Design thinking, UI patterns, and accessibility standards.

  • Experience working with or alongside data products, AI/ML models, or analytics dashboards is a plus.

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to communicate design decisions clearly.

  • Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and a passion for continuous learning.

  • Consulting or agency experience is a plus but not required.
