This is a fully remote role to be based in Malaysia. We will prioritise candidates who are based in Malaysia and do not require a work visa sponsorship.

About the Job

This role will be Support campaign execution in insurance products for Hong Kong.

The Associate, Marketing Operations will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for formulating marketing plans and developing marketing strategies, for new product launch and strengthening the market penetration of product
  • Manage campaign schedule, offer details, be responsible on offer log and project management tool on Monday.com 
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns, develop marketing materials timely including but not limited to FB/IG ads, Google ads, eDM, T&C, campaign page creation etc.
  • Develop campaign brief & creative brief based on direction by product marketing team, work closely with agency to ensure assets are delivered on time
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance on an ongoing basis to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Work closely with commercial operations on marketing material asset approval, revision, launch across channels accurately and on time
  • Regularly review the platform for content accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze market competitors and consumer insight to sharpen the marketing programs on regular basis
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to the Product Manager and suggest improvements to streamline processes

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, digital media or related field
  • 2+ years marketing experience, ideally campaign management and digital media planning experience preferably in finance services
  • Hands-on experience using AI / Canva for content and visual creation
