About the Job

In this role, you will support end-to-end Hong Kong Creatory’s marketing campaigns and reporting functions. You will be a strong collaborator in working with other teams and thrive in a fast paced environment.

 

The Associate, Creatory Operations will be responsible for:

Campaign, Project & Account Management:

  • Able to create, maintain and execute affiliate plan based on various campaign initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across different functions to ensure campaign details are up to date
  • Maintain timely delivery updates of marketing campaigns to external stakeholders, designated for promotional and recurring campaigns
  • Collaborate with the internal team and build the landing pages for different campaigns & channel partners 
  • Review & Optimize campaign execution procedures, user journeys and landing pages for channel partners & content creators 
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders in building, implementing, tracking and improving acquisition campaigns
  • Assist in affiliates recruitment and management 
  • Support local team on business development initiatives, campaigns, and pitches
  • Capable of managing multiple deliverables and ability to seamlessly transition among them

Reporting and analytics: 

  • Support local teams on business development initiatives, campaigns and data requests
  • Manage the MIS/data reporting, metrics tracking and reporting for Ops function
  • Facilitate coordination and production of monthly financial, and other reporting related deliverables
  • Measure key results, including revenue, competitive and supply metrics
  • Provide recommendations on how to improve operations process to partners and leadership team

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing operations or sales operations role
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese/Chinese, with the ability to read and understand Traditional Chinese.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, understanding of conversion drivers in an online environment, and reporting and insights creation;
  • Strong communication skills to communicate with different internal and external stakeholders, and in particular to present complex quantitative analysis in targeted, easily understandable messaging;
  • Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills alongside high attention to detail;
  • Take a structured approach to capture new leads and projects as well as assignments and to solve challenges

Good to have:

  • Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency
